Somewhere,
I heard the thought
That from the highest plane
The confusion becomes undistorted
And is all a part of the perfect order
I heard the thought
That from the highest plane
The confusion becomes undistorted
And is all a part of the perfect order
I would like to dedicate this poem to Madelyn Dunham, Barack Obama's grandmother. I'm sure she is up there now on that highest plane helping to put order into things down here.

Ah...so true, so true. Thank you for the beauty of your words and the image so befitting. Which comes first sound or sight?
Judith, thank you. In the beginning was the word. And then there was light? For me in the creative process of blog writing, I usually have a thought, then I look for an image and then the poem comes.
In the image, the sun is shining on Kanchenjeunga, the third highest peak on Earth and in the Himalayas. The mountain itself is the rightmost of the high mountains that are lit by sun, and if you look closely at the blowup, you will see winds coming off it as it makes its own weather.
Cat - Thank you. Thank you. Words have creative power.
A burgeoning sensation of clarity indeed. From a view way up there, bits of chaos below seem as mere thread-bulges in the tapestry.
Thank you for sharing these wise words, accompanied by beautiful images, in your blog (which I have just recently chanced upon). Cheers.
s.l. corsua, welcome to my blog community. I read your story and I am in love with your writing. I put you on my blogroll, but blogger says your blog doesn't feed properly so it can't update?? I'm not sure why that is, but because of that it won't go to the top when you make a new post. However, I will keep checking up on your beautiful writing. For the rest of you, her blog is http://unguarded--utterance.blogspot.com/ I highly recommend it.
This is so touching... I like this one poem above all.
You have gift, dear Cat.
May we wake up tomorrow with a new hope.
A.
Indeed. it's all about perspective. (and your wise words were done justice by such a beautifully serene photo) Thanks for dropping by my site earlier. It was a pleasure :) I'll be sure to drop by again.
Hi Rax! Thanks for the visit. I am honored to have the three of you poetess sisters from the Phillipines as a part of my blog community. Your poetry is wonderful.
Oh, this must be true, the higher
we allow our minds to drift on a
more spiritual plane, I feel the
disordered becomes ordered and
non-threatning.
A wonderful, thoughtful dedication.
Hello Cynthia, Thanks for the visit. I'll be snooping around your site soon.
