The Dance of Living

We dance the steps of the living
And for each step, we are grateful, we are joy.
Moving through each reality
With mindful paces
We are fleeting
Turning away, we are gone

Thank you to the monks of the Rambok Monastery, Sikkim, India.

Thank you AC. I am very fortunate to have been able to travel there.

With short pieces, beautiful, contemplative and thoughtful, it is such a peaceful place to go online. There is enough negativity on the web without participation in creating more. I am choosing this more peaceful reality, online anyway, a grounding alternative to the chaos. Let's grow the circle!

Ye indeed. It's a place I shall visit too sooner or later.

good luck
A.
