May The Waters Run Deep
To Fill your Coffers With Vision
May The Healing Begin On This Earth
Peace, Compassion, Understanding and Hope For All
I am looking forward to seeing all of your wonderful work in the New Year. Between the 3rd and the 10th, I will be offline celebrating a belated Christmas with my sons.

Happy New Year, Cat!
May every day of your Christmas celebration be filled with heart-warming moments and serve to strengthen the bonds. Keeping family close can be one of the most important values in life (and I take that from years of listening to elderly patients in nursing homes...).
Looking forward to more of your lovely writing in the new year!
Thank you Aine! I agree, and I am and have always been the 'family coordinator'. It's really a bit odd this year being on the other side of the country from all of my family except my dad. They are having to learn to plan without me, and I'm having to let go of planning, and learn to have things much much quieter. I'm really looking forward to seeing those boys o'mine. We'll have a make believe Christmas all to ourselves! Happy New Year to you!
Cat - have a wonderful time with your sons. There is nothing like being with family anytime of year, but so special to spend time with your kids at the start of a new year. So, enjoy and keep safe. You will be missed for sure. I will look forward to your coming back on the 10th and posting more of your wonderful poetry and unique artwork.
I loved the sentiments you expressed and I second them resoundingly!
Yes, may this happen for all of us this year...
Happy New Year, Cat! Enjoy the Christmas with your sons!
I am sure that is an other of your wonderful paintings! I feel the vibe, not only from the words.
I wish you a beautiful belated Christmas! And of course, a very Happy New Year to you and your family!
Hey, nice! How are you?
K & Vesper, Fida and Leon, (Clink) Happy New Year to you all, and have a wonderful week!
Fida, yes the image is a digital art piece I did a number of years ago. It comes from a drawing I found in a very old book of stock images, then I played with it in Photoshop to give it color and depth. For many years I used that image in various colors on my computer desktop. I really like the sentiment that it expresses.
I see with my heart too. And sometimes through it. Either way, it's a vision I'm grateful for. :)
Happy New Year to you, Cat!! I hope you have a wonderful week with your sons. And I can't wait to see what 2009 has in store for us!
Sarah, That you see that way is beautifully clear. Happy New Year to you!
Happy New Year, Cat! I'm hoping that 2009 will bring you even more strength than you've already forged.
Jason, (Clink, with my glass of seltzer and pomegranate juice) I will drink to that! And right back atcha.
A blessed and happy new year to you, Cat! I hope you have a wonderful time with your sons! What good news. Don't worry about the date on the calendar...we just had our Christmas, and it was full of great memories.
I know you will love being with those sons. If they're anything like mom (which I imagine they are), they are awesome people.
Here again, you have beautiful words and art. So perfect. So right. So true. I raise my glass to you! Happy New Year. We all look forward to a new year of your wonderful work.
Julie, Thank you my dear, and Happy New Year to you! And Merry Christmas too!! ;-)
It is just an hour or so before I leave to drive to Charlotte to pick them up, those boyz. I'm glad you made it by before I pack up the computer and hide it from myself. :-)
See everyone in a week!
hope you're having a blast with the boyz!
